Whole-Body Approach to Healing
We take a whole-body approach to healing, using advanced manual therapy techniques to improve function and relieve discomfort. What is integrative therapy? It’s a combination of hands-on techniques designed to restore movement and support natural healing.
Why We Stand Out
At Integrative Therapy, we go beyond traditional physical therapy by embracing a comprehensive approach that treats the whole person—not just symptoms. While many clinics focus solely on exercises and standard rehabilitation, we combine advanced manual therapy techniques like CranioSacral Therapy, Visceral Manipulation, Neural mobilization and Orthopedic manual therapy to address the root causes of pain and dysfunction. Our hands-on, personalized care ensures that each patient receives a customized treatment plan tailored to their unique needs, helping them achieve lasting relief and improved mobility. With a deep commitment to one-on-one attention, cutting-edge techniques, and holistic healing, we empower our patients to move, feel, and live better.

Meet The Therapist
David Bragg, MPT, OCS, FAAOMPT brings over a decade of expertise in orthopedic and manual therapy to our practice. Originally from Chicago, Illinois, he spent six years as the Director of Physical Therapy at the Illinois Spine Institute, where he honed his skills in treating complex cervical and lumbar spine injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, and hands-on therapeutic techniques. In 2019, he moved to the Nashville area to continue his passion for helping people regain function and live pain-free.
David is a board-certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) through the American Board of
Physical Therapy Specialists and has completed an advanced Manual Therapy Fellowship (FAAOMPT) with the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapists—an achievement that marks the highest level of hands-on expertise in musculoskeletal
rehabilitation. He earned his Master’s in Physical Therapy from Northern Illinois University in 2007 and has continued to expand his skill set with specialized training in CranioSacral Therapy through the prestigious Upledger Institute and Visceral Manipulation through the Barral Institute.
David founded Integrative Therapy to provide a whole-body, hands-on approach to healing that goes beyond traditional physical therapy. After years of working in clinical settings focused on protocols and standard rehabilitation techniques, he saw a need for more personalized, holistic treatment that addresses the root cause of pain and dysfunction rather than just managing symptoms. His mission is to create a space where patients receive one-on-one care, advanced manual therapy, and a deeper understanding of their own bodies to achieve lasting results.
With a patient-first approach, David combines precise hands-on techniques, therapeutic exercises, functional training, and education to create tailored treatment plans. He is skilled in soft tissue mobilization, cupping therapy, and advanced manual techniques to reduce muscle tension, improve visceral mobility and circulation, and decreasing nerve tension, helping patients regain mobility and function.
Outside the clinic, David enjoys spending quality time with his family, running, reading, and experimenting in the kitchen. His passion for movement and wellness extends beyond his work, making him a dedicated advocate for lifelong health and vitality.
